Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, business analysts, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
Conduct project kick-off meetings, provide clear communication of project goals, roles, and responsibilities, and ensure alignment among team members.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring regular status updates, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive team dynamic.
Coordinate and track resource allocation, ensuring the availability of necessary personnel, tools, and equipment throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
Conduct project retrospectives to capture lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project management and fintech.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software environment, preferably within the fintech industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Relevant certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
